Home / Claretian Mission Day
The Claretian Mission Day is an annual initiative that invites communities, parishes, and institutions to learn about, share, and support the mission of the Claretian Missionaries around the world.
It is not simply a fundraising campaign, but a process of awareness-raising and animation that arises from the concrete experiences of local communities and the challenges they face.
Each year, a specific theme is proposed, around which educational materials, testimonies, and pastoral resources are developed. These tools help people better understand the realities in which we work and feel part of a shared mission.
Through this initiative, PROCLADE Internazionale promotes a living connection between local communities and a global vision of the mission, encouraging active and conscious participation.
The motto “Without Borders” invites us to look at the world through the eyes of the Gospel and with the heart of Claret. In every migrant, we recognize a brother or sister on a journey, and in every border, an opportunity to break down walls and build communion.
Like Claret — whose spirit was open to the whole world — we want to live the mission beyond geographical, cultural, or social boundaries, accompanying the journey of those seeking a place where they can live with dignity.
Today, one of the most urgent cries of our time comes from the millions of people forced to leave their land, their families, and their roots. Migration and forced displacement are realities that cross our borders, our communities, and our consciences.
As the Claretian Mission, we feel called to walk alongside people on the move, to recognize in every migrant the face of the pilgrim Christ, and to respond with concrete actions of welcome, accompaniment, promotion, and defense of their rights.
The Claretian Mission Day 2026 seeks to be a moment to deepen this dimension of our mission and to strengthen the projects that bring life and hope to those searching for a new beginning.
