Proclade Board

As a faith-based organization, PROCLADE supports the work of approximately 3,000 Claretian Missionaries serving in 73 countries around the world, under the leadership of President Fr. Pedro Belderrain, CMF, and Vice President and Secretary General Fr. Gabriel Ponce, CMF. Responsibility for PROCLADE’s extraordinary administration rests with the Board of Directors, which is composed of the President—who also serves as the Legal Representative—the Vice President, and five Board Members. The Board of Directors meets twice a year, in April and November, to approve the annual budget and financial statements and to discuss any relevant matters concerning the organization.

In addition, a Supervisory Body has been established in compliance with Third Sector legislation, with responsibility for overseeing and monitoring the organization’s economic and financial management. With regard to its operational functions, PROCLADE currently employs a full-time Project Coordinator who is responsible for all phases of the Project Cycle Management (PCM) process
