Proclade works in close collaboration with Mission Procurators of the Claretian Congregation to manage international cooperation projects. The social work of PROCLADE focuses on individuals and context-specific struggles for rights, by having a rights-based approaches to development that involve \u2018bottom up\u2019 empowerment of local communities. All international cooperation projects are the result of a real call for help from locals, which actively participate in the formulation and implementation of projects. Dialogue with local references is of fundamental importance for us, as they know the needs of the beneficiaries, who are the real protagonists of any project.<\/p>\n

CAPACITY BUILDING<\/strong><\/h2>\n

PROCLADE strongly believes in the importance of the continuous training of the personnel working on projects, as a source of personal, professional and competency improvement and development. For this reason, in 2019 it established PRISMA<\/a> (Project Instruction for Sustainable Management) to provide trainings in Project Management and Fundraising in various continents and in different languages, such as Italian, Spanish, English and French. Since then, many religious and lay people are trained at both basic and advanced level. The main objective of the Training is to give guidance for a sustainable management of projects.<\/p>\n
